# Contact and Accountability Route

**Status: LIVE as of 2026-09-12. Address updated 2026-09-21 — see note below.**

## How to raise a concern

**Email: thecovenantofstewardship@gmail.com**

Written concerns are accepted at that address. No physical mailing address is published for
this project; correspondence is by email. This is a project-specific address, kept separate
from the author's personal correspondence, read and answered by the author — not an
autonomous inbox.

## Who this page is for

- Journalists, researchers, or academics seeking clarification about the corpus or its contents
- **Anyone who believes this framework, its author, or a person acting in its name has caused harm**
- Family members, legal counsel, or advocates concerned about a participant
- Regulatory bodies, legal authorities, or oversight institutions
- Anyone who has encountered impersonation or counterfeit use of the corpus or its marks
- Good-faith critics who prefer to raise a concern without public confrontation

## What to expect

Per the corpus's own commitments:

- Good-faith concerns will be acknowledged and reviewed.
- Concerns involving credible harm to a vulnerable person are treated as high priority.
- Concerns involving impersonation or counterfeit provenance are treated as security matters.
- **No retaliation.** The corpus separates critique of conduct from personal attack, protects
good-faith criticism raised through proper channels, and classifies retaliation against a
person for raising a concern as a breach of the covenant itself.
- Personal degradation, harassment, or bad-faith contact will not receive a substantive
  response.

This is a small project run by one person. Expect a human reply, not a ticketing system, and
allow time.

## If you are in crisis

This project is not an emergency service, and its corpus is not medical, legal, or
mental-health advice. In the United States: call or text **988** (Suicide and Crisis
Lifeline), or **911**.

## Substantive criticism gets published

Criticism that lands is added to the published objections alongside the corpus, attributed or
anonymous as you prefer. The critiques already published there were commissioned by the
author and printed unedited, including the parts that land hardest.

## Note on prior addresses and the v1.1 corpus text

Founding Corpus v1.1 describes `whitehat@joecattt.com` as an internal, emergency-only
escalation route and cautions against advertising it publicly. The author designated it as
the public contact channel anyway from 2026-09-12. The corpus text is frozen as a historical
baseline and has not been edited to match — see `CORPUS-BASELINE.md`. The discrepancy is
recorded rather than hidden.

On 2026-09-21 the public contact channel moved again, from `whitehat@joecattt.com` to the
project-specific address above, to separate this project's correspondence from the author's
personal inbox. Neither prior address is invalid or abandoned in a way that implies deception
— both changes are recorded here, in order, rather than silently swapped.
